We started working with Julie shortly after moving to Berkeley from the East Coast. She patiently guided us through the process of home buying and was infinitely knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods we were investigating. Throughout, she reminded us that finding the right home is a process and that we would find it eventually.
After several months of looking, we finally came upon a great home for our family, and Julie expertly navigated the complex closing. Time was of the essence, and it was indispensable to have her dedication, calm, and experience while negotiating the terms. And when we needed to pin down the move date, she was right there and made it happen. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
