2014 was a very good year for Sellers in the East Bay. Not so great for Buyers.

For me, career-wise, it was my best year ever since becoming a realtor in 1986.

A new study shows that asking prices in Oakland climbed 13.4% in the past year. This increase ranked Oakland the fourth highest in the nation.

Friends and neighbors work together to help prevent another fire like the 1991 Firestorm that destroyed 3000 homes. All ages are invited to join vegetation management efforts throughout Garber Park in Claremont Canyon. Removing invasives also enhances the park’s lovely walking trails.
