2014 was a very good year for Sellers in the East Bay. Not so great for Buyers.
For me, career-wise, it was my best year ever since becoming a realtor in 1986.
A new study shows that asking prices in Oakland climbed 13.4% in the past year. This increase ranked Oakland the fourth highest in the nation.
